Music
Since 2014 I have been teaching music in various contexts including private music schools and with Music Generation. I love to bring imagination to the world of traditional music and work with students to create new sounds with traditional repertoire. My workshops and courses also explore songwriting, music technology, music appreciation, composition, ukulele, and ensemble playing.
Sound Art / Radio
I have completed two Artist in Schools Residencies for HearSay Audio Arts Festival. These involved creating radio programmes and radio dramas with class groups. Students researched and planned their radio pieces, conducted interviews, gathered field recordings, created music and collaborated in the editing process.
